Located just a few meters from the sea, in the stunning Cilento National Park, Angel’s House is a 1970s villa recently renovated by interior designer Biancamaria Santangelo and architect Stefania Ugliano from the Nabi Interior Design studio in Naples.
Redesigned to highlight the green and idyllic landscapes of the region, the villa is now the ideal place for those seeking comfort, elegance, and above all, a connection with nature. At the core of the restoration project is the desire of both the designers and the owner to visually eliminate the distance from the sea, allowing nature to become the true protagonist of everyday life.
Angel’s House thus represents an extraordinary example of how contemporary architecture and design can enhance and respect the natural beauty of a place. Thanks to the creation of large windows, the ground floor—an open space that includes the kitchen and living area—opens up to the marvelous surrounding context of Cilento, where the white of the structure is interrupted by the vibrant colors of the landscape, blending with the blue, yellow, and green furnishings.
The outdoor spaces are defined by an elegant patio shaded by a canopy, framed by lush plants that create a welcoming and relaxing environment. Here, the furniture plays a fundamental role because, while the architectural intent is to bring the outside in, it is equally true that the interior continues to live outside as well.
The choice therefore fell on Atmosphera – Soul Of Outdoor, an Italian brand that brings the comfort of home to outdoor spaces, favoring refined and elegant designs that discreetly integrate with the architecture while maintaining a close dialogue with nature.
All of Atmosphera’s furnishings prioritize the use of natural, durable materials, making them perfect for outdoor spaces. For the larger terrace, the modular Laguna sofa was chosen, a versatile seating system with a refined look, alongside the Smart coffee table with a powder-coated aluminum frame, offering a very natural appearance. They are accompanied by Trio, a minimalist side table designed for practical, everyday use.
For the smaller terrace, the choice was Soft, a modular sofa with its matching pouf, symbolizing carefree comfort: made of polystyrene microbeads enclosed in a breathable and quick-drying technical fabric cover, it is the perfect outdoor furnishing for its fast-drying qualities.
Atmosphera – Soul Of Outdoor adds its unique touch to the dining area as well, with the Eden chairs, which feature an aluminum frame and teak armrest detail, ensuring comfort, practicality, and elegance.
On the upper floor, the villa offers five bedrooms, all with private bathrooms and independent balconies, designed to reflect the individual personalities of the guests while maintaining the overall harmony that characterizes the space.
