The 5-Star Luxury Grand Hotel Fasano & Villa Principe in Gardone Riviera (BS) is a symbol of the pioneering tourist attention of the Garda Riviera.
Originally built as a hunting lodge for the Austrian royal family and designated a National Heritage site by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage in 1989, it is truly a unique establishment in the Italian hospitality landscape, not only for its 135 years of history but also for the wide range of services offered. First and foremost, we have the 3,600 square meter wellness center inspired by ancient Roman baths, along with 80 rooms and suites, some of which have just been renovated or newly constructed, resulting from an investment plan initiated by the ownership to transform the facility into a year-round tourist destination.
Moreover, there is the lounge and terraces entirely dedicated to mixology, led by Rama Redzepi, as well as three restaurants, one of which, the Ristorante Il Fagiano, is led by Executive Chef Maurizio Bufi, who earned a Michelin star in November 2023. Chef Pasquale Tozzi continues to strengthen the reputation of his two establishments: the gourmet Il Pescatore and Il Magnolia, which is open for lunch.
The Grand Hotel Fasano now presents itself in a more modern guise, enveloped in an aesthetic that speaks the language of refined and contemporary luxury. Renovation work has just been completed, involving the restyling of the rooms and suites in the historic building, along with the expansion of the hotel volumes: a new block of rooms has been created, a project of approximately 600 square meters divided into 4 suites and 2 executive rooms, each about 100 square meters, with direct access to the spa, gym, and all wellness services. Each unit has a separate living area from the sleeping area, 2 bathrooms, a dining corner for room service, and a privileged view of the lake, park, and pools.
This is a very ambitious project that pays attention not only to the practical and aesthetic aspects but also to the environmental one, thanks to the choice of partners who share the desire to propose a modern, evolved design that is as sustainable and locally sourced as possible.
From the awareness that physical and mental well-being is generated by contact with nature, also expressed through the use of high-quality and innovative materials, the collaboration between the Grand Hotel Fasano and Atmosphera Outdoor was born to furnish the outdoor spaces, from the terraces to the balconies of the rooms.
From the Panarea serving tables, elegant color accents that captivate with their artisanal uniqueness, to the comfortable lightness of Bellagio, a collection that tells the story of Italian craftsmanship, passing through the more modern Pipe seating, designed by BGR Studio, characterized by a minimalist design that harmonizes with the refined aesthetic richness of the hotel, to the Nevada sun loungers, made of aluminum with a timeless stylistic purity, to the Alcova Daybed and Lounge, oases of relaxation and privacy that further enhance one of the Superior rooms with lake views.
