Just a few steps from Piazza San Marco, a 14th-century residence comes back to life. Following a meticulous restoration by Studio Marco Piva, in collaboration with the Venice Superintendency for Architectural and Landscape Heritage, Palazzo Rota – Luxury Apartments opens its doors: six exclusive residences where history meets the lightness of contemporary design.

Palazzo Rota holds centuries of Venetian history within its walls. Today, thanks to a project that intertwines restoration and innovation, each apartment becomes a tribute to the soul of the city — reinterpreted through refined materials and geometries inspired by Carlo Scarpa.

Atmosphera collections shape the character of the San Giorgio Maggiore apartment’s terrace with natural elegance and understated harmony: the Switch armchair, sofa and service table, the terracotta finishes of Panarea coffee table and the Air chair, paired with the Net table base blend seamlessly into their surroundings, merging comfort and sophistication in an intimate conviviality corner. Fluid lines, tactile textures and soft tones interact with the Venetian light.
