Eden Reserve is a resort that includes a boutique hotel, private villas, and exclusive apartments, all designed to harmonize with the surrounding landscape.
Located in the lush setting of Gardone Riviera, the resort offers breathtaking views of Lake Garda, with a collection of extraordinary architectural masterpieces. Five exceptional villas, created by talented architects Matteo Thun, David Chipperfield, Richard Meier, and Marc Mark, provide the perfect retreat for a refined and relaxing wellness experience.
These villas, characterized by a high level of privacy and exclusive comfort, offer a privileged position with stunning panoramic views. Each villa is unique, with luxurious design and furnishings that enhance its charm.
The western shore of Lake Garda hosts two villas on a hillside overlooking the town of Gardone Riviera, designed by David Chipperfield Architects. The buildings blend seamlessly into the natural setting, surrounded by olive groves and cypress trees, with volumes divided into independent one- or two-story structures, following the terrain’s topography.
Inspired by the traditional limonaias, these structures consist of separate volumes clad in natural stone masonry, with large windows opening toward the lake. Wooden pergolas provide sun protection and extend the outdoor spaces towards terraces and pools.
Matteo Thun, known for his natural architecture approach and use of wood, also designed a boutique hotel and apartments in the same area, emphasizing the importance of building with local, sustainable materials. Architecture should promote people’s well-being and bring them closer to nature.
